Artículo único. Los libramientos expedidos en las Administraciones de la Renta de Salinas, por sal comprada para la compactación ó para el consumo directo, deben ser presentados en el respectivo almacén dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes á la fecha del respectivo libramiento. Queda así reformado el artículo 1º del Decreto citado, y se declaran en vigencia las demás disposiciones de éste.
