º El artículo 17 del Decreto número 2217 de 1982 quedará así: " Artículo 17 . El Superintendente deberá efectuar una provisión para cubrir las acreencias reclamadas aceptadas y cobradas. Si después de cubiertas, las acreencias reconocidas en la graduación de créditos y constituida la provisión a que se refiere el Inciso anterior quedare algún remanente el Superintendente deberá constituir con él una provisión para atender el pago de las acreencias no reclamadas pero comprobadas".
