Modifíquese el artículo 2.9.11.1.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.9.11.1.1 Contratos de comisión sobre títulos no inscritos en bolsa. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa podrán celebrar contratos de comisión para la adquisición en mercado primario de los títulos representativos de las suscripciones recibidas por las sociedades administradoras de inversión para los fondos de inversión colectiva por ellas administrados, que no estén inscritos en bolsa pero sí en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores-RNVE.".
