Art. 1.° Los diez mil pesos que por el artículo 1.° de la ley 98 de 1880 se destinan para auxilio del distrito de Lorica, en el Estado soberano de Bolívar, se pondrán por el Poder Ejecutivo nacional á disposición del Presidente de aquel Estado, para que sean aplicados á la construcción de la casa consistorial y cárcel de dicho distrito; y de su inversión rendirá cuenta dentro de los doce meses siguientes á la fecha en que se haya hecho efectivo el auxilio, á la Oficina general de Cuentas.
