Artículo transitorio 2 . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el personal de alumnos que en el momento de entrar en vigencia el Decreto 41 de 1994, se encontraba adelantando curso de formación para agente o cabo segundo, ingresará al Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional en el grado de Patrullero, de conformidad con la reglamentación que expida la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
