ARTICULO 69 . ADECUACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA ORGANICA DEL MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES. - La estructura orgánica, el presupuesto y las funciones del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores que se reestructura mediante el presente Decreto, así como su respectiva planta de personal, continuarán rigiendo hasta la fecha en que se promulguen las normas que adopten la nueva planta de personal para el Ministerio y se produzcan las respectivas incorporaciones. Dichas normas deberán expedirse a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 1993.
