Cuando de conformidad con lo preescrito en el articulo 16 de la Ley 58 de 1931 la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas practique visita a una sociedad anónima y una vez que se hayan producido todos los informes del caso, levantara un acta de conclusiones, de la cual se dará traslado a la sociedad visitada por un término no menor de diez días ni mayor de treinta. Dentro de ese término la sociedad podrá presentar a la Superintendencia las observaciones y descargos que considere pertinentes.
