Las cámaras de comercio, una vez inscriban en el Registro Mercantil el acto administrativo que habilita a los prestadores del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial y en la Modalidad de Carga, deberán certificar la respectiva inscripción conforme se relaciona en el Anexo

2. Igualmente, las cámaras de comercio certificarán que el prestador del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre en la Modalidad de Carga no inscribió el acto administrativo que las habilita para prestar dicho servicio.
