ARTICULO 4o Garantía de imparcialidad. A los funcionarios que se le adelanten investigaciones administrativas disciplinarias se les garantiza la imparcialidad en las mismas, el cumplimiento de las ritualidades y principios establecidos para el proceso disciplinario, así como la garantía del derecho de defensa y del debido proceso.
