Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente, ningún aeródromo podrá ser utilizado sin el permiso de operación otorgado por la autoridad aeronáutica en el cual consten, entre otros puntos, su identificación y localización, nombre del propietario, clasificación, categoría y condiciones operacionales.
