Art. 2.° Los objetos que se destinan para el Hospital militar se entregarán, previo recibo, al Médico Jefe de él, quien por el hecho de recibirlos se obliga personalmente á la conservación de los instrumentos en completo estado de aseo y á la debida inversión de los demás objetos.
