De la cancelación de las licencias de funcionamiento. El Ministerio de Salud podrá, en cualquier momento, cancelar las licencias que las Direcciones Seccionales de Salud concedan a empresas aplicadoras de plaguicidas en edificaciones, vehículos, productos almacenados o no y área pública, cuando no se ajusten a los términos establecidos en el presente Decreto, y cuya ejecución esté causando perjuicios a la salud pública.
