o Esta suma de ochenta mli pesos ($ 80.000) será entregada al Tesorero de la Institución "El Bodegón", de Cartagena, previa la prestación de la fianza y demás requisitos que le exija la Contraloría General de Ia República.

Parágrafo

Igualmente, el Tesorero de "El Bodegón" rendirá las cuentas pertinentes de la forma como se invierta esta suma a la Contrataría General de la República
