ARTICULO 119 . SUPRESION DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTE Y TRÁNSITO -INTRA. Suprímese el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito (INTRA). En consecuencia, dicho establecimiento público del orden nacional, creado mediante Decreto 770 de 1968, en desarrollo de la Ley 15 de 1959, y cuya denominación fue modificada por la Ley 53 de 1989, entrará en proceso de liquidación, la cual deberá efectuarse en un término máximo de un (1) año contado a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto. La liquidación se realizará conforme al procedimiento que establezca el Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Los archivos, documentos y bibliotecas del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito - INTRA- pasarán a la Nación - Ministerio de Transporte.
