De conformidad con el numeral 16 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política, el Gobierno Nacional modificará la estructura y administración de la Superintendencia Bancaria con el propósito de efectuar las adecuaciones que resulten necesarias para cumplir las nuevas funciones que le señala la presente ley, con sujeción a los principios constitucionales que rigen la función administrativa.
