Sin perjuicio de la revocatoria directa, contra la providencia que imponga sanciones de multa o suspensión, procederá el recurso de reposición y el de apelación, según el caso, el cual podrá interponerse dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la notificación. En los casos de destitución sólo procederá el recurso de reposición.
