Art 5.º Créase una inspección de los trabajos de apertura de la trocha i de ejecución de las demás obras de que trate el artículo 3.° de la lei 31 de este año, preinserto, compuesta de un inspector i de un tenedor de libros. El Poder Ejecutivo creará, cuando las circunstancias lo requieran, una o dos inspecciones mas.
