Para efectos del ordinal 9º del artículo 53 del Decreto 848 de 1990, la empresa de vigilancia estará en la obligación de dar aviso inmediato de la pérdida del arma al respectivo Comando de Brigada donde se halla registrada, autoridad ésta que hará la calificación de las circunstancias relacionadas con la pérdida.
