Art. 2.° Exímese igualmente al señor Andres Berti Tancredí de la responsabilidad en que haya incurrido, o pueda incurrir, como fiador del señor Rafael Matamoros, Administrador que fué de la Aduana de Cúcuta en los años de 1859 i 1860. En consecuencia se dictarán las providencias conducentes a libertar la finca que dicho señor Berti hipotecó para la seguridad correspondiente.
