Toda compra de bienes muebles, cualquiera que sea su clase, se realizará de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto extraordinario 222 de 1983 y en las normas que lo reglamenten. Por tanto, contra los funcionarios que intervengan en compras irregulares, se adelantarán las acciones administrativas, fiscales y penales a que hubiere lugar, de conformidad con filas disposiciones vigentes.
