Las participaciones que de acuerdo con el presente Decreto correspondan a los municipios, se liquidarán mensualmente por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y serán pagadas por los explotadores a las respectivas tesorerías dentro de los veinte (20) días siguientes al recibo de la correspondiente liquidación. El valor del impuesto sobre oro se liquidará, recaudará y pagará por el Banco de la República, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes. En igual forma se procederá respecto del impuesto sobre el platino crudo.
