º PRIMA EXTRACARCELARIA . Los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Cacelaria Nacional, que presten sus servicios en establecimientos donde se reciben presos departamentales o municipales, tendrán derecho a que se les cancele la prima acordada en el respectivo convenio entre el Instituto y el Departamento o Municipio, la que no constituye factor de salario.
