El valor promedio de bolsa de que habla el numeral 68 del mismo artículo 5º, será fijado por la División de Impuestos Nacionales por medio de resoluciones, con base en los datos que le suministre la Bolsa de Bogotá, entidad que se encargará de recibir, coordinar y unificar los promedios correspondientes a los títulos de acciones inscritas en bolsas de valores que funcionen en los diversos lugares del país.
