Article 13

Decreto 4808 de 2008 · por el cual se regula la negociación de acciones y bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones inscritos en bolsas de valores, de los instrumentos financieros derivados cuyo activo subyacente sean acciones inscritas en dichas bolsas y de otros valores de renta variable que se inscriban en estas bolsas, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

V igencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto entrará a regir a partir de su publicación y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial, los artículos 2.1.2.1., 2.1.2.2., 2.1.2.3., 2.1.2.4., 2.1.2.5., 2.1.2.6., 2.1.2.7. 2.1.2.8., 2.1.2.9., 2.1.2.10., 2.2.19.1., 2.2.19.2., 2.2.19.3., 2.2.19.4., 2.2.19.5., 2.2.19.6. y 2.2.19.7., todos de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, el

del artículo 1.2.1.2. y los artículos 3.1.1.1., 3.1.3.1., 3.1.3.2., 3.1.3.3., 3.1.3.4., 3.2.2.1., 3.2.2.2., 3.2.2.3., 3.2.2.4., 3.2.2.5., 3.2.2.6., 3.2.2.7., 3.2.2.8., 3.2.2.9., 3.2.2.10., 3.2.2.13., 3.2.2.14., 3.2.2.15., todos de la Resolución 1200 de 1995 de la Superintendencia de Valores y la expresión "integrado por los artículos 2.2.3.1. al 2.2.4.7. inclusive" contenida en el artículo 4º del Decreto 1121 de 2008.
