La Dirección de la Policía Nacional, en Bogotá, y los Gobernadores, en los Departamentos, podrán imponer multas de $ 10 a $ 500 por las infracciones a las disposiciones de la censura, con la sola comprobación sumaria del hecho; así mismo podrán recoger las ediciones de los periódicos o publicaciones que no se hayan sometido a la censura, y suspender aquellos que por repetidas infracciones demuestren la imposibilidad de ejercerla debidamente.
