El colombiano por nacimiento o por adopción que hubiere adquirido otra nacionalidad renunciando a la nacionalidad colombiana podrá solicitar la visa de residente calificado. Para el efecto deberá, además, presentar el registro civil de nacimiento, carta de naturaleza o resolución, según sea el caso, y prueba de dicha renuncia.
