Articulo 35. Las certificaciones sobre ejercicio del cargo de gerente o miembro de la junta directiva serán expedidas por el secretario general del ministerio de defensa. Las referencias a los demás empleados de la Caja, las expedirá el subgerente de servicios sociales, obrando como Secretario general de la entidad.
