La remuneración devengada por el recluso la siguiente distribución: El treinta por ciento ingresa a la caja Especial del respectivo Establecimiento. El setenta por ciento restantes se distribuirá así: Para los gastos personales del condenado, el diez por ciento; El veinte por ciento para el ahorro obligatorio; El veinte cinco por ciento para atender al resarcimiento de los perjuicios civiles causado por el delito, cuando tal indemnización haya sido decretada, y El quince por ciento para ayudar a la familia del recluso. Si no hubiera lugar a indemnización para la parte ofendida, el veinte cinco por ciento correspondiente se distribuirá en partes iguales para el ahorro del preso y para el auxilio de la familia. Si no tuviera familia, el porcentaje que se ha fijado para esta, ingresara al ahorro obligatorio del recluso.
