Los recursos se podrán interponer y deberán sustentarse desde la fecha en que se dictó la providencia hasta el término de cinco (5) días, contados a partir de la última notificación. Si ésta se hizo en estrados la impugnación y sustentación sólo procede en el mismo acto.
