ARTICULO UNICO La Flota Gran Colombiana, S. A., estará exenta del pago de los impuestos sobre la renta y sus complementarios de patrimonio y de exceso de utilidades.

Eximese asimismo a la Flota Mercante Gran Colombiana del pago de derechos portuarios.
