º. El artículo 9º del Decreto 302 de 2000, quedará así: Artículo 9º . Las Entidades Prestadoras de los Servicios Públicos podrán autorizar a los constructores y/o urbanizadores la construcción de las redes y demás obras necesarias para conectar uno o varios usuarios al sistema, de tal forma que el mayor valor asumido por el urbanizador y/o constructor, que excedan las necesidades de su proyecto, deberán ser reconocidos totalmente por la Entidad Prestadora de los Servicios Públicos. La parte cubierta por el constructor o urbanizador deberá considerarse en la metodología tarifaría de la Entidad Prestadora de los Servicios Públicos como bienes recibidos de terceros.
