Municipal de Tenerife, del Departamento del Magdalena, á órdenes de la Junta integrada por el Alcalde y el Personero del mencionado Municipio, el Presidente de la Junta de Acción Comunal del Barrio Arriba del mismo Municipio y el cura párroco de la población.
