Artículo. 2.2.2.2.1.1. Objeto. El presente capítulo tiene por objeto sistematizar, coordinar y reglamentar algunas disposiciones de los Códigos Nacional de Policía, Sanitario, Penitenciario y Carcelario, Sustantivo del Trabajo y otras normas que establecen limitaciones al porte y al consumo de estupefacientes y sustancias psicotrópicas y fijar los criterios para adelantar programas educativos y de prevención sobre dicha materia.
