º A partir del 1° de enero de 1975 para recibir auxilios o aportes que provengan directa o indirectamente de la Nación o del presupuesto de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud para programas de inversión, todos los organismos, instituciones. Agencias y entidades del Sistema Nacional de Salud deberán estar incorporados, en los términos del presente Decreto, al Subsistema Nacional de Inversiones del Sistema Nacional de Salud.
