º . Modifícase el literal f) del

Parágrafo

del artículo 21 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 el cual quedará así: "f) Que corresponda a un medicamento homeopático y por lo tanto deberá cumplir con los demás requisitos técnicos y legales establecidos en el presente decreto para estos productos con el fin de surtir el trámite correspondiente para otorgar resgistro sanitario".
