- DEPENDENCIA FUNCIONAL DE LAS INSPECCIONES DEPARTAMENTALES DE POLICIA. Además de las que les señalen la ley y las ordenanzas que las creen, las Inspecciones Departamentales de Policía cumplirán las atribuciones a que se refieren los literales b) y c) del artículo anterior {art. 320 del Decreto 1333 de 1986}. Estas inspecciones dependerán funcionalmente del respectivo Alcalde Municipal (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 321).
