Artículo único . Autorízase al Gobierno para prorrogar hasta por dos años más, si lo juzgare conveniente, el plazo concedido al Banco del Estado, en el Departamento del Cauca, para recoger la cantidad que de sus propios billetes tiene aún en circulación.

Autorízase igualmente al Gobierno para que prorrogue hasta por dos años, el termino otorgado á Bancos particulares de la República para recoger sus billetes que estén en circulación.
