Deber de comunicación. Cuando se construya un nuevo municipio el respectivo gobernador, comunicará este hecho a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, adjuntado copia del acto de su creación, para los fines indicados en el artículo 128 del Decreto-Ley 0960 de 1970.
