º. Modifícase el numeral primero del artículo tercero del Decreto 1376 del 30 de junio de 1994, el cual quedará así: "1. Un setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) con aportes que podrán efectuar el IFI, la Nación o las demás entidades públicas descentralizadas del orden nacional. Igualmente, con la debida autorización, podrán participar en dicha sociedad dentro de este porcentaje, el Departamento de la Guajira, el Municipio de Manaure o sus respectivas entidades descentralizadas y otros sectores o personas de carácter privado".
