Articulo 36. De las características de los moluscos cefalópodos . Los moluscos cefalópodos, deben presentar las siguientes características

Piel: Lisa y húmeda, sin manchas sanguinolentas o extrañas a la especie.

Ojos: Vivos, brillantes y salientes de sus órbitas.

Músculos: Consistentes y elásticos.

Color: Característico de cada especie.
