º. El empleado o funcionario público que expida un pasaporte falso, siempre que se compruebe ese hecho, pagará una multa igual a diez veces el valor del pasaje o pasajes y franquicias que se hayan otorgado en virtud de dicho pasaporte, sin perjuicios de las sanciones penales o de otro orden en que se pueda incurrir.
