Liquidación de cesantías. La Zona Franca deberá liquidar y entregar al Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, las cesantías de sus empleados de conformidad con las disposiciones del Decreto 3118 de 1968. Cuando se trate de trabajadores ocasionales, accidentales, transitorio o que ocupe por tiempo no mayor a un mes y cuya labor sea distinta a las actividades de la Zona Franca, esta pagara directamente las cesantías.
