º. El importador de las mercancías clasificadas por las subpartidas señaladas en este decreto, originarias de países diferentes a la República Popular China, al entregar la declaración de importación de conformidad con la legislación aduanera vigente, deberá acreditar el origen de las mercancías mediante la presentación del certificado de país de origen de que trata el artículo 6º de este decreto, el cual se expedirá conforme con las reglas de origen señaladas en el artículo siguiente.
