EXCLUSIÓN DE LOS INMUEBLES GRAVEMENTE AFECTADOS POR EL NEVADO DEL RUIZ. Cuando un inmueble hubiere sido gravemente afectado por la actividad volcánica del Nevado del Ruiz, según calificación del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, y además hubiere estado destinado a la actividad agrícola, ganadera o industrial, lo cual se probará por cualquiera de los medios establecidos por la ley, no estará sometido a la renta presuntiva hasta el año gravable de 1991, inclusive.
