Los hospitales nacionales, o los que reciban subvención del Estado, quedan obligados a ensayar en enfermos los productos para los cuales así los solicite el Laboratorio de Control, previos los estudios correspondientes que indiquen su necesidad. Dichas instituciones remitirán las historias clínicas correspondientes, al Departamento Jurídico.
