El Secretario de cada Consejo llevará el registro de exámenes, el cual será firmado inmediatamente después de terminado el de cada clase, por todos los calificadores. Al fin de cada sesión se enviarán originales dos copias de estos registros al Vicerrector, una para su publicación y custodia en el archivo y la otra para ser fijada inmediatamente en el cuadro de avisos.
