° Quedan eliminadas las Secciones de Servicio Internacional y Servicio Interior de la Dirección General de Correos y Telégrafos. Artículo 5.° El Encargado de la liquidación de cuentas y el Auxiliar de éste asegurarán su manejo con fianzas por valor de doscientos pesos ($ 200) el primero, y cien pesos ($ 100) el segundo, á satisfacción del Administrador General.
