Los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones con destino al FONPET utilizados en las anteriores vigencias de manera temporal por el Gobierno nacional para destinarlos a los sectores educación y salud, serán reintegrados a la cuenta del FONPET máximo en las catorce (14) vigencias fiscales subsiguientes a la expedición de la presente ley.
