º.A partir del 20 de junio del año en curso, fecha , en la cual queda vencido el plazo para que quienes no se hayan acogido a los beneficios de la extinción de la acción y de Ya pena concedidas por el Decreto 474 de 1982, puedan hacerlo, declararse restablecido el orden público y levantar el estado de sitio en todo el territorio nacional. En consecuencia; en la misma fecha dejarán de regir los Decretos dictados en ejercicio del artículo 121 de la "Constitución Nacional.
