El representante de cada institución de utilidad común tendrá la personería de la institución para todos los efectos legales. La certificación del ministerio de gobierno respecto a la persona que ejercerá la representación en un momento dado, constituirá prueba suficiente de la personería ante cualesquiera autoridades judiciales o administrativas.
